Crucible, including its E-RAN application, is proprietary software of Humanis AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16765273, registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom).
The software is licensed, not sold, on a subscription basis under a written agreement between Humanis and the customer. There is no right to install, access, or use the software without such an agreement, and in all cases the signed agreement between Humanis and the customer governs. Assessment and pilot deployments are governed by the terms of the applicable pilot or evaluation agreement and are provided "as is".
The software may include open-source components, which are governed by their own license terms; notices are provided with the software.
Energy-savings figures published by Humanis are estimates based on network assessments and industry benchmarks; committed figures, if any, are those stated in a signed agreement.
